Andrea Carr
I have been working in Property Management for twelve years, dealing primarily with the local market, historic rehabilitation, and both commercial and residential properties. My education includes undergraduate degrees in both Marketing and Management Information Systems (in 2006), as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (2008) from Augusta University, and I maintain an active membership in both Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma international honor societies. I became a licensed sales agent in 2009 and currently hold a Broker’s license in both GA and SC. Providing good customer service to both my clients and customers and making sure to establish and maintain good relationships and prompt communication is my highest priority.
